Generic information

The prices are weekly, parasol and beds on the beach included, without surcharge.

The tourist tax of € 0,70 is not included in the price. It has to be paid per person (starting from 12 years) per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.

The pools are available from June to the middle of September.

One is not allowed to occupy the apartment in more than attested in the price list. The number includes babies and guests.

Arrivals are on Saturday between 4:00 pm. and 7:30 pm., end of office hours. Arrivals during the week must be until 06:00 pm. The apartment must be vacated at 9:30 am the day of departure.

There are no bed linen and towels in the apartment.

No pets allowed.

To book

After your reservation we will send you a formular with all the details of your booking.

You have to pay the account within the specified date.

After your payment you will get a receipt.

Upon arrival

The Check-in is by our office at the Cristallo Residence, Lungomare Trieste 154.

Bring with you the receipt’s and the formular’s copies. Present the documents of all the occupants.

The rest of the rental is to pay at the arrival.
